人只要淡淡的就一定会顺顺的，所以不要把什么都看的太重了，只要你心态好，你人就会顺当，你越放松，越不执着于结果的时候，结果反而会出乎意料的好。

这是我听过，最淡然的一种心态，来自，静心，到了一定年纪，便不再轻易动怒了。其实不必强求自己靠近谁，谁让你堵心，就主动离谁远一点。少跟让你生气的人纠缠，少搭理不懂感恩的人，少应付敷衍你的人，少听满嘴谎话的人。和谁在一起舒服，就和谁在一起。

你无法用眼睛分辨一个人，所以你先对一个人好，然后看他如何回馈你，不真诚的人是接不住你的真诚的，一旦接触到真诚，他们反而滋生了傲慢和贪婪。这就是心理学上认为的，人无法接住他本身没有的东西，人品好的人你给他5分真诚，他想回馈你10分，而那些人品不好的人，你付出的真诚他会膨胀，他会把你当做下位者，拿捏你，真诚的人不是傻，是良好教养和人品的投射，他们用真诚淘汰了不值得的人。
